Furthermore, Vonovia is involved in the sale of individual condominium units and single-family homes, alongside engaging in new project development. As of December 31, 2021, the company's considerable portfolio included 565,334 residential units, 168,015 garages and parking facilities, and 9,289 commercial properties.
